Who are we
TETRABETON OOD is a limited liability company under the Commercial Act and the other effective regulatory acts in the Republic of Bulgaria at the date of its settlement. The partners are five – the owners HRIST Construction Company – Eng. Vasil Hristov Hristodulov, Eng. Nikifor Tsochev Tsonevski, Zlatka Angelova Hristodulova and the Turkish citizens – Eng. Servet Bilgin and Arch. Fatih Deriya Karaugluz. The last two are owners of BORDES Turkish company, which is the leading producer of pavement goods in Eskishehir – Turkey and its surroundings. Having these owners TETRABETON OOD, incorporated by Judgment No. 1689 dated March 8, 2004 of the Plovdiv Circuit Court upon company file No. 781 / 2004, it is actually the subsidiary company of HRIST – the Bulgarian construction company (founded in 1992) and BORDES – a Turkish company (founded in 1989), inherited their good traditions, acknowledged professionalism and undeniable authority.
The managers of TETRABETON OOD are Eng. Vasil Hristov Hristodulov and Eng. Servet Bilgin.
